Equipped with a portable, lightweight, quick-swapping 48v 9.6Ah with 26 units of 21700 Lithium-Ion LG Cell battery the OKAI Stride does not disappoint, giving the rider 400 cycle charges with a charge time of under 6 hours.

Outlet and refurbished units are sold strictly “as-is” with a limited warranty covering manufacturer defects only. This warranty does not cover, under any circumstances, normal wear and tear, cosmetic imperfections, misuse, neglect, accidents, improper handling, or any unauthorized repairs or modifications.

The warranty period is 14 days from the date of receipt. Any claims must be submitted within this period with valid proof of purchase. Claims submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.

Inspection is required for all claims, and eligibility for repair or replacement will be determined solely at our discretion.
